My not so typical summer :D

I am overwhelmed and super happy on how my summer's been goin'. It's not relaxing. PRESSURING, yes. But exciting! And not boring. This is my first time that I am spending my summer working for my brother in Kabigting's and I am enjoying every minute of it. Though it really is tiring at times but it gives me this jittery feeling inside. :)

I love meeting new people. I love talking to them. For the past days I was able to talk to a couple of "big" people in the industry. There was a known doctor, a village owner, a building owner, a gym owner, a petshop owner, a coffee shop owner, an actor and a politician. I did not expect Kabigting's will flourish like this. And I am very thankful that it is. :)

I love my co-workers. They treat me like a princess and the chefs cook really good food. AND I MEAN IT. :))

I love my friends. :)) They have been very supportive of me all throughout my journey -- our family's journey. :)

And I am looking forward to tomorrow cause some of my friends will be coming, and I am excited to see them! And of course I am thrilled that they will be able to visit the restaurant. Hoping that they we meet their expectations. Hehe! :D

This is my not-so-typical summer in the beach or out of the country. And I am liking it. A LOT. :))

Ang dalawang star player ng buhay ko,

And there was Kabigting's :)) This will surely occupy my whole summer and at last I have something productive to do. This can serve as my training ground for future references.

A waitress, cashier, janitress, and PR in one surely tested my versatility and my skill as a Marketing student. I am so thrilled with what will happen in the next few months! 

Today was the second day of Kabigting's and sales were good but unlike yesterday that we exceeded our sales quota. It made us all happy and satisfied. All the hardwork paid off. :))

And I am ecstatic today. 

Just because of these two. :) Well actually just because of the one on the left. Hahaha! Peace Jeric! :D

I was browsing through old pictures of my friend's photos in Facebook when I happen to pass across this one particular album containing my past. Our past. I don't know why, but it sure got me sad. Everytime I see it, my heart gets a little bit broken. Just saying. 

 Okay, I'm getting a little bit emotional and nostalgic, so what? It's like i do this everyday right?

I am free-spirited. I don't make plans. I go with the flow. And this is one of the things I love doing. Some call it trash. I call it art. I call it self-expression. I call it PASSION.

I must say this has been the most painful body piercing I ever had. This is the tenth and the pain is just excruciating. I can't eat, can't talk or even brush my teeth. But I hope this will all be worth it after a few days. Haha!!

Third Wheel

And it is a Palm Sunday.

What better way to celebrate (or reflect? can't think of the right term!) the start of the Holy week but to of course, pray and recollect and reflect. But before that, go to the movies with my good old friend Aina and his "better half", Trevis. Yes, I am a third wheel. Haha! :))

We were caught between Rio and Big Mommas but decided to watch the latter because we're in the mood of some comedy/action. The film was okay but it didn't WOW me at all. The soundtrack was good though. :))

This was my favorite part (and song). Just because I felt the emotion and everything that goes with it. Plus they sound amazing together! Go watch and listen to this miniclip. And if you want to listen to the whole song, click here. :))

After watching the movie, we headed to UST to hear mass. And on our way to the church, we spotted V-Fresh shooting a commercial at Plaza Mayor. Gloc 9 was there and a cute guy wearing a blue checkered polo. :))

After mass, we had dinner at Greenwich (care of Trevis) and some embarrassing happenings occurred like puking on the plate and iced tea coming out of my nose just because of laughter. Geez! Thank God we were the only ones there!

THE GOOD LIFE OF THE BAD GIRLS. :)

Since my mom despises me so much right now, she went out of town without cooking any food or even left me money to buy something to eat. As you can see, the only time you can put CEZ and COOKING in a sentence is when you put the word "can't" or "won't" in between. I even texted my sister-in-law on how to heat the rice. I thought water should be added. Just like instant noodles. K. Stupidity at its finest. That's the scenario the whole day. I ended up eating Doritos dipped in cream cheese for breakfast and dinner.

Thank God for bestfriends. Kim was nice enough to treat me out for a nice dinner at Gerry's Grille since she was also abandoned by her parents. It was Ze Best! Felt like it was our last supper.

Sisig, Kare-kare, 2 cups of rice, bottomless iced tea and a bottle of beer were our orders.

Since it was a boring meal, we decided to spice things up. (SORRY GERRY'S GRILL!)

Kim and I had a connivance to put a strand of hair in our Kare-kare after eating almost a quarter of the order just to have it replaced. Hehehe! That's how bad we are! :)))

i would probably regret writing this but wth. loads of crap are shitting me right now i want to get it off my chest. all those who were in mimosa already know why i'm crying like hell that night. sorry. this post will be random. my mind's weary and my eyes are heavy. visions are blurred by tears. thousands of questions are bothering me right now. i don't know how to explain myself to someone who keeps on shutting me out of their sight. i hate everything that is happening right now. it's like my 20th birthday all over again. no. it's like my 18th, 19th and 20th birthday all over again. the only difference is that, it's a normal day.

when will this stop? when will you hear me out? i am really starting to believe that i really am the biggest disappointment ever created in your life. the problem child. the black sheep. the most ungrateful. the worst. the meanest. and the list goes on. that's what you tell your friends.

it saddens me that the efforts i make to make myself beautiful in your eyes goes down the drain just because of the false accusations you put on me. you never bothered hearing me out. you never listen to me. i was always wrong in your eyes.

i might have some issues. but you do too.

Tears, Drama, Lies and Booze

Finally, i had the chance to go out of town and give myself a break away from the polluted city. It was such a struggle for me to talk my way out of it but what the heck. It was worth it! I super enjoyed celebrating Empe's birthday in her hometown -- Pampanga.

Ian and I followed at 3pm since they left earlier that morning.

Nevertheless, we still did not waste time in enjoying at Fontana Waterpark. :))

Although I only had less than an hour to indulge myself in the water, i had so much fun because I missed hanging out with them like hell!

We head back to our villa in Mimosa Park where we were located right beside Sangil's villa. Showered, played cards and chit-chat for a while then had dinner after. Gotta load up for that night's drinking sesh!

Due to maintenance problems, the staff transferred us to another villa which made Empe very happy. You should know by now why. *wink* And it made me happy too since we can have the privilege of losing ourselves. :) THANK YOU OLD SCHOOL AIRCON. :)

When we got to the new villa, Jan Pasion transferred the lampshade in their room from ours. When asked why, he just said "Di niyo naman kailangan nito e". The girl talk continued in our room and I noticed why the other room was noisy. So I excused myself and check out the boys in the other room. To my shock, they were having a photoshoot of their own! And of course i joined them. :)

 Eventually, the girls followed. :)

Then, I had this wildest idea to do a Bed Time Story Shoot. Like the one I see in magazines where girls are covered with just bedsheets. *Disclaimer: We did not take a piece clothing in these photos. We're just creative. Be imaginitive. :)

The boys got jealous and made their own BTS! But it turned out hilarious! 

After fooling aroud, we got down to business. And we all know what it is. :)

As usual, not everyone was strong enough to keep up. At 5am, only five survived. I was physically present, but i know my mind's already sleeping. I can't remember a thing! The extreme headache I had the moment I woke up was epic! I got up at 7:30 since Empe's dad took us to breakfast at The Perfect Loaf.

After eating, I immediately retired myself to bed because I badly need to sleep! When I woke up, it was lunch already.

After lunch, we all packed up and bid our goodbyes to the birthday girl and her family. Showed them their appreciation for letting us squat for 2 days and a night. It was really fun! :)
