As early as 930, we bid goodbye to Paguia Cottages and went straight to the Port of Benoni.
As expected, the ferry was late again but at least this time, they were only 15minutes late.
We had lunch at Joe's Inato. An hour drive from the Port of Tagbilaran.
If I'm not mistaken, an existing Joe Inato is residing in Timog. Correct me if I'm wrong.
It's my first time to try this since I'm not really into Chicken Inasal.
Good thing, we did not order any Inasal.
Their Sinigang na Baboy is a to-die for! The sourness of the dish was just fine for my taste buds. It didn't disappoint us. Though at first, it may look unattractive but I tell you, it's really good!
This is their lumpiang sariwa. And since, I am not into vegetables, I leave the judgment to my brother and my mom. So I really don't have anything to say about this. Haha!
My favorite dish is their Camaron Rebosado. Being a lover of shrimps, I ate almost half of these babies leading to a second round of it. :)
A mala-uhog fresh buko juice to quench the thirst was perfect for the heavy meal. :)
It was already dark when we reached our hotel in Panglao Island so we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beach.
But we didn't want to waste the night so we went to the beachfront and partied like a rockstar.
Naah. We just chilled at Trudis and had a couple of drinks.
I don't know why their faces are like that. But I'm pretty sure they are not drunk.
