The Wait.

You were the one thing I least expected that day but you were also the one thing I needed. I swear I felt you before I saw you.

You were a breath of fresh air, a warm breeze that caressed my face, sending waves of pleasure from my head to my toes. Shaking my very being from the inside out.

Then you spoke, a few short words that sent a rush of a thousand memories through my mind. I saw you again, through my heart's eye. The last time I saw you, the last time we embraced, the last time we kissed.

The time I let you go, and watched you in awe as you flew free like a bird, stretching your wings and dancing with the sun, moon, and stars, tempting them with your beauty.

I set you free once, and I let you take my heart with you in all your travels. Now we both are back, and I find myself unable to ignore this second chance God has gracefully granted us. =">

Please, don't waste this chance of a lifetime. Don't let this fragile gift slip out of your hands. Most people only get once chance at love, we were given two.

Embrace this chance, cherish this gift, when you are ready, I WILL BE HERE to help you explore it's marvelous possibilities.

For you, I will wait.

My mom's a playgirl.

Meet my mom..

Yup! That's her. I hate to admit it but she does looks pretty! HAHA. That was during her debut with the "Combo" playing in the background. She was the only kolehiyala who had a debut during her time and it was all made possible by her then ex-boyfriend, Kanor. HAHAHA. I'm loving the old school name!

She claims that during her kapanahunan, a lot of boys drool over her. My lola often scolds her because wherever my goes, she never fails to attract suitors. Yup. A playgirl she is. Hihi.

Among the siblings, the luckiest who got my mom's look is the eldest. He looks a lot like my mommy. Too bad the succeeding ones, got dad's look who somehow resembles Efren "Bata" Reyes. Haha! I love you dad! :)))

Hapon Suzuki

A few weeks back, my Kuya and I were watching Pop Talk on GMA News TV and they happen to feature a Japanese carinderia in Hermosa St., Tondo. Upon watching it, my brother wanted to try it.

So a week after, together with my mom, Enzo, Ate Ize and her mom, we decided to dine it at Hapon Suzuki

At first glance, you might have hesitations in eating here. Space is limited. Seats are limited. Moves are limited. Everything is limited. It was more of a bangketa rather than a carinderia.

But what I like about Suzuki is that you can see how your food is prepared. The kitchen is out in hte. So you can be sure that your food is sanitary.

Meet Chef Suzuki. He's a retired chef in Japan and married a Filipina until they decided to just settle here in the Philippines.

Our patience was tested during our visit since we have to wait for 2 long hours just to eat! YES. TWO FUCKING HOURS.

FINALLY, after the 2-hour wait, it's here! Sorry for the poor image quality. We just brought an iTouch with us.

I ordered beef teriyaki and I must say, it's pretty impressive. I love the marriage of the the sweet and salty taste of the beef.
I wasn't really a fan of their fish fillet. But my mom and sister-in-law said that it was really good. Maybe because I am really not a fish eater. It's crispy, golden brown appearance is very enticing. Plus the sauce is a to-die for.
I have to say that this has become my favorite! Shrimp tempura with vegetables on the side. It was crunchy and delicious. The tempura sauce added to the almost perfectly cooked dish. Good job chef!
My kuya's order was Chiken katsudon. AND I INSTANTLY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. It was the best chicken katsudon I've tasted in my life! Well, it's really my first time to eat chicken katsudon so I don't have any idea how it should taste like. Hehe. ;p

It is a good value for your money. I mean, where in the world can you eat in a Japanese restaurant this cheap and delicious?

The two-hour wait is worth it but it's not ideal if you want to satisfy your hungry tummy.

The food was great but it's a one time thing. Never again, will I wait for two hours just to eat here, even if it's worth it. HAHA.

But if you're up for a little adventure, it is is located at Hermosa St. Tondo Manila. And just a tip, if you don't want to wait for a very long time, I suggest that you call their hotline (which I don't know by the way) and place your orders through phone as early as lunch time and just dine in during dinner. :))

EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE. I CRY. I LAUGH. ONE MOMENT I'M SUPER SWEET THEN AFTER A FEW MINUTES, I'M A MEGA BITCH. HORMONES.

Jeric Fortuna Teaches Me How To Dougie

Presenting..... JERIC FORTUNA, TATA BAUTISTA, RON JAVIER and JAMIL SHERIFF of the UST Growling Tigers. :))))

They're super cute! Agree? :))

This morning, I asked Jeric Fortuna to teach me how to dougie LITERALLY and he willingly showed me how, and it turned out that I am really a bad dancer. So no luck. I just let him do his thing and the whole class ended up laughing at him. After eating breakfast I asked him "Pag naglalakad ka ba tapos nakakasalubong mo ung mga tao, naiisip mo ba na napanuod kaya nila yung video mo?" HAHAHA. I kinda feel bad for them but at the same time it's super hilarious! Besides, they're all so cute naman especially TATA. HAHA. Okay okay. I know I'm so bias but it's what I think! :))

The Dougie craze is very prominent now! I NEED TO STRUT MY STUFF.

Bye for now! :)

The Inspiration.

It's the first day of Finals and it's finally getting into me. GRADUATION IS INDEED NEAR. But still, I feel lethargic about everything that involves school and academics. I am anticipating for low grades this sem. I might even get a grade of 3. Which is really disappointing but then I cannot blame anyone for it since I am really lenient this sem.

This morning, I searched for inspiration to get me going all throughout this week. I want to thank my very good friend Jeric Fortuna for introducing me to the one who will keep me going. HAHAHA!

Say hello to Jeric Teng! :) Yes! His name is also Jeric. And I have the biggest crush on him! I can't hide my happiness everytime I see him in the hallway. I just can't resist his charm. Especially when he waves at me wearing his huge smile. Oh. My. Gosh. I swear I can die right there and then!

Last Monday, just when Jeric (Fortuna) was about to drive me home, we passed across his roommates -- Ron and my long time crush TATA BAUTISTA. Imagine my reaction when I saw him! I was like WTF! To think that it was past 9 already, it was really unexpected spotting them walking the streets of Dapitan! But I was happy that they were. :) I will not enclose all the details about what happened inside the car. But I can clearly say that the 5 minute ride from Dapitan to my house is worth a whole lifetime. HAHAHA! =)))

Don't get me wrong, like you, I am a fan too. I look up to them and admire them because aside from the fact they are DROP DEAD GORJ. They are good in basketball too. :)

I am just happy that amidst this hell week at least, I have something to be inspired of. REALLY. I am happy. :))
I just thought of sharing this to you guys. And yes, those two just broke up weeks ago. And I guess you can tell that closure is obviously absent in this conversation.
