This is not part of my birthday celebration. The day was for the two of my closest people on earth.
It was their post-anniversary treat/pre-birthday celebration of Jerick to their closest friends.
Meet Jerick's highschool bestfriends -- Edjohn, Ernest, Dave and Michael. It was my first time to meet them and I'm pretty sure we've already established a bond. :)
I guess you already know my GFs so I wouldn't put effort in posting our picture here. You'll get more of that towards the end of this blog. :)
Anyways, after the long 2-hour wait partnered with the changing moods of the weather, finally, WE GOT IN!
Due to time and money constraint plus the long lines, we weren't able to try all the rides. But I have to admit, SUMUKO DIN AKO SA HULI DAHIL SA PAGOD. HAHA! :))
But the real highlight of the event was when Nie, Rae, EJ and I decided to fall in line for the Anchor's away since the rest took a break after the death-defying Space Shuttle ride. My apologies for I will not be able to provide you a visual image of our Anchor's away experience. But here is what we looked like after the ride.
The four of us were ones of the lucky few who enjoyed riding the Anchor's Away amidst the heavy rainfall. It was one thing we didn't expect but then we hoped to happen. Aaaaand, it did not just end there! The operator (or whatever you call him) went for a Round 2! All of us went berserk, crazy, wet and wild! Imagine us swaying back and forth, screaming on top of our lungs under the heavy rain! Adrenaline rush was at its peak. It was super fun and very memorable! I'm sure the people watching us during that time, were very envious of what just happened to us. :)
Notice how wet Nie, EJ, Rae and I look in these photos!
After the Anchor's away, we all decided to go for our last ride -- THE RIO GRANDE. Yes, we got what we wanted. we all ended up wet, wild and crazy. :)
Us, dried up!
The couples of the night. :))
I once read a quote not so long ago about amusement parks, though I am not sure what the exact words are so pardon me if I wronged myself on this one. But it says that falling in love is like standing in long lines in amusement parks, waiting for hours and hours just for a five minute ride. Wala lang.
Nice quote :) Hihi! This is really a once in a blue moon outing and I'm glad that I've had a chance to experience it with you GFs. Once again, on that day we were complete. :)
ReplyDeleteYes! Sayang nga lang we didn't have a picture of us six.
